We now prefer to work with small and medium businesses as we feel that this segment needs help and is not able to access the right quality of guidance. At the same time, these organisations have a very high growth potential and can contribute in increasing employment opportunities.
We also focus on Jammu & Kashmir as it has seen very difficult times in the last 3 decades,which apart from other things has impacted its economy. Businesses here need special guidance and support. For this reason, we prefer to work with organisations here, helping them to overcome challenges, scale up their operations, improve their performance and in the process increase employment opportunities there.
